Please read the Hotel Contract and confirm that you agree to comply with it:
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00.
Guests can stay in your room until 23:00. Please observe silence after 23:00;
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises. Evidence of smoking in a room will incur a 100 EUR cleaning fee on your account!
You shall be fully responsible for your pets and ensure that they do not disturb other guests. Pets are allowed for extra cost.
You will be fully liable for any damage that occurs due to your fault.
You you have no objection to video surveillance in the Strand building and area around.
Your data will be stored for no longer than 1 year in accordance with Cabinet Regulation 226.
Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is payable no later than 2 months before the arrival date; 100% – no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date.
Cancellation policy: The hotel is entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount for the stay if the reservation is cancelled later than 2 months before the arrival date and 100% – later than 2 weeks before the arrival date.
